BRIEF SUMMARY:

One of the biggest banks in Australia now features a travel insurance product. We built the site and rolled it out!

Heavily involved in both the User Interface and User Experience work for this portion of their site we drilled down heavily on each decision the user makes throughout their journey - from selecting travel destinations to their confirmation email. We also helped CommBank evolve their digital brand and presense. Finding visual solutions to new problems that had yet to be tackled.

a large number of low-fidelity comps with our users to understand
their expectations and explore solutions
